Really why don't Game stop have them out for sale then. This Crazy and did you see Eye Brawl for sale to on Ebay?

This is more then likely either a Gamestop employee who works at one of the stores that has their shipment in, or it is a GAmestop warehouse worker who has it. This always come out for sale on ebay when they are about to be released.

As for the Eye Brawl, that had fishy written all over it. She had it for sale about a week and and pulled it down, then put it back up today and it was stopped. My guess is that Activision got a wind of it and told her to pull it down or she would not like the next step.

Just got back from my local Games Stop.
They now have the display for the Hot Dog/Zap/Scorpion in the middle of the store. There are 2 empty display boxes of the item stating that it is coming in the middle of January. Does not have a specific date. I spoke with the manager and he has no information other than they usually have new items start on Tuesdays. This does not seem to be normal so I am waiting for Wednesday the 9th.

Something does not seem right.

EXACTLY! Something doesn't seem right. I contacted this seller hours ago, asking for her to take a pic of the figure from the top down. No response. Another thread was made, saying Hot Dog was out, and a seller was listing it as inhand. I messaged that person to take a pic of him holding it in his hand and guess what? No response.

Flaky people. Nothing more.

The Eye Brawl has been posted and then taken down, and then posted and then taken down again and then put back up again. Something is very very odd.

Eye Brawl now has a picture that he took with his camera. It is the 3rd picture (Not the main picture).

They just sold a pre-sale one a few days ago.

I call bogus in terms of them having them inhand on both Eye Brawl and Scorpion Striker.

It almost makes me wonder if the person who bid on their one in hand is actually them, and they are trying to make it look more legit with a bid on it.

I've seen friends of mine do that before. One of them lists it, while the other uses their account to bid on it.

So you guys are telling me that you think he has someone that outright won the first one, and now there are two more friends in a pretend bidding war for the second? I think that's all silly. Hell, I considered purchasing one to be one of the first people to own Eye Brawl (it just seems too insane when this is a pretty sure indicator he's gonna start popping up in the next week or so anyway). I guarantee he doesn't need to fake the interest, even for the prohibitive rate he's charging.

The thing that makes us leery is that they had this up a week or so ago, and it ended suddenly when people started contacting and asking for pictures. Then they had a "pre-sale" of it. Now they have multiple in hand. Something is not adding up. Also, brand new account something to me just seems off.

The Hot Dog auction has an ending time in another 6 1/2 days. At that point, it'll be January 11th, which just happens to be the current release date for it from Gamestop.

At that point, they pick up their product which is described as "on-hand" but not "in-hand" (meaning they have future access to it but don't physically have the item at the time of posting the auction), ship it to the buyer, and turn a profit from their preorder.

And if someone actually does the Buy It Now and calls them on the fact that their description says "all our items are available for same day or next day shipping," they'll just claim, "Yes, you CAN pay for expedited shipping so the product will reach you on the same day that we ship it out. However, due to last-minute complications, we will be unable to ship this product until the 11th."


As for Eye-Brawl, he'd have a similar bait and switch: "Yeah, the figure was in hand. I just never said it was in MY hand yet. I'll ship it when it becomes available." Not sure how well THAT would hold up in a legal battle.

He seems to have removed any wording about him having it inhand. These two sellers are acting awfully fishy. Flakes if you ask me. They don't have them. They couldn't even respond to my messages, hahaha.

Well, Gamestop.com updated their front page, and the first big ad on the site, is for the SS, with a release date of the 9th. I called my local Gamestop last night, and it's still the 9th. I bet yours will release on the 9th as well, Minecrafter.

I visited my parents today and the town we meet in has a gamestop I stopped and asked and they said the ninth also. It is going to be exclusive until 1/31. Maybe new figures on 2/1 when the battle pack is not exclusive anymore?

I would suggest pre-ordering this one as I don't think it will be like the Chop Chop battlepack.
