How do you make custom litecores? [CLOSED]

Anyone know how to you make custom litecores? I was trying to make one for school science project. I wanted to make my ignitor's head light up. If you know how to do, could you write what tools you used and how you did it?Thanks!!!!!

Get a litecore skylander
2.
Open its base and remove the litecore chip(it looks like a bit of wires and such, but its not the flat metal thingy)
3.
Open ignitors base
4. Open ignitors head and other litecore spots
5.
Insert LEDs into ignitors head and sword
6.
Drill holes from ignitors head down to the litecore chip in his base
7.
Thread wires through and connect to LEDs.
8. Enjoy.

I would suggest having a few extras as it may take a few trial and errors.

What does the litecore chip look like. I just opened my LC Eroptur's base not sure what the chip is.

It's the small technical-looking thingy that holds all the Skylander's data. DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH YOUR FINGERS, THEY CAN DAMAGE THE CHIP!

Here is whats what: the mass of wires and plastic is the litecore. The round waffle disc is the rifd chip that the portal recognizes.
