so guys........ i'm running out of room 4 my skylanders because i dont have a table in front of my t.v. well, i play in my room because thats were the playstation/wii is. i have them crammed in a little tiny drewer. i would keep them in my skylanders grab & go case but thats how my snapped off the base. any ideas to not stack them in one container, any short target or walmart containers?

I use these containers that have snaps on the side and you can stack them. They work pretty well for me.

Get a bigger chest of drawers

I have a chest where I put them occasionally otherwise I put them on a shelf under my tv.

i have a big box that i put them in when i can't put it on the table, but even that is getting to full

mine are taking up 3 shelves in my living room and are still over flowing in random places. I'm thinking about moving them to my games room soon since they look so cluttery :/ although i'll probably leave my rares/variants out in the living room. I dont have mine in containers.

I have one of those huge tool boxes from a hardware store. They fit about 20 Skylanders, including 6 giants in one case. For my Skylanders spyro adventure, I have two smaller ones that take fit 13 regular sized skylanders but not doubled up.

i can't get get a shelf or whatever do you have like a walmart ad for me? i need a carry case about the size of a giant because i dont want them stacked.

I setup it up with 6 shelves in each case (12 Shelves total) with one divider for support. I put each element on a shelf and split the Variants/Legendary/LightCore/Single release (i.e. Wham-Shell) from the standard figures using the divider. I used one shelf for the Expansion Packs and one shelf for the Magic Items and still have room to grow.

Oh that reminds me. I've been meaning to post this for a while for anyone thinking about making custom skylander shelves or stands or whatever.

I bought a package of 250 count paperclips from Target (or possibly Walmart, but I think it was Target) which are in a circular container with a circular indentation in the center. I happened to notice one day that it perfectly fits Skylanders, Sidekicks, and Magic Items inside the indentation, and the whole container is just big enough that a Giant can fit on it perfectly as well.

The size would be great for someone making a shelf or stand thing for their Skylanders (and for the more design crazy folks, you could put the elemental logo on it). If I had the materials and time and money to invest in it, I'd make some sort of wooden version of it with one sized on on the top (for the giant) then 3 on the second part (for the 3 reposes) and 4 on the base (for the 4 originals).

I can take some pics of it if anyone would be interested in it, and I can scan in the roundness of the container as well.

I have a shelf thing that I used to keep in the bathroom for mine. 6 shelves. Gonna run out of room on it soon tho >.<

Before I displayed em I ha them in the clear plastic box type things with snap on lids. 2 fit them all then but I've added about 6 since then. Probly would need another now.

The one downside to shelves is when ya wanna play. Gotta either commit to 8 (1 for each element) or get up every so often to switch out.

I would be interested in seeing some pictures so I can visually see what you are talking about!...post some when you get a chance. This is the one of a kind Skylanders display my father in law made for my daughter. Best way to display your Skylanders if you ask me.....beats stuffing them in a box..lol

Here's kind of the idea..i can't draw that well on the computer haha. You probably won't necessarily use the actual containers, but the size of them is perfect. (Although, if you put some kind of weight in them and bought a bunch, you might be able to attach them together somehow.

Here's the full scan of the paperclips box and then I tried to draw about the size of the box for printing use.

I'm interested in something like that for me to spray paint and use as little podium type things for my giants on the display shelf.
