How do I get Mabu residents? [CLOSED]

I have 7 houses and a Mabu cottage but no residents have moved in. What do I need to do to get residents?

The houses are what make them move in. You must've been building too many community buildings, as they later go down the population as they go to work there.

yeah whenever you build a bank, waterworks, or some other community building it takes up mabu. so you have to continue building houses so you can have community buildings. fun times
