Well, My dad bought a PlayStation Magazine and it contained a free demo of Spyro the Dragon.

Well, I've seen a commercial of Spyro for the Playstation. However, I didn't grow into the series until A New Beginning.

When my dad got me a PS2 for my 11th birthday, he let me choose a game. So I looked around and saw Spyro: Ripto's rage [I didn't know it was the second game b/c I've seen the first game before somewhere when I was 7-8]. I thought it looked like a fun game, so my dad bought it for me.

I've been a Spyro fan ever since. Now I love the Legend of spyro series even better

When I was 8 i was at my friends birthday party and he showed me and the others his PS1 and i watch him play Spyro The Dragon game i was amazed and ever since ive been playing Spyro games.

My brother and I got a playstation 1 at christmas years ago. We had to share the system, but we each got a game. I got Barbie Race and Ride and by bro got Spyro the Dragon. I didn't really care for Barbie, so i tried Spyro and adored it! I continued to get the Spyro games as gifts and the rest as they say is history! My bro didn't like Spyro so he tried Barbie (if you can believe that!) but he of course isn't a Barbie fanatic today!

AHT was my first spyro game!!!!

The first Spyro game I played was AHT. I loved and bought the next ones, so, thats the story about how I knew Spyro!

I first heard about it through the Official PlayStation Magazine #34 (UK), which had Spyro on the cover, it being a big announcement at E3 1998. I read the article concerning it, took interest, and it catapulted from there when the game came out

I got the first spyro game at blockbusters when I was about 6 (I still have that very disk) and never bothered to return it, (I'm 11 now, BAD ME!!!) and I thought it was AWSOME!!!! and I loved the spyro series ever since.

My dad was buying a Playstation 1 as a Christmas gift for me from a Toys R' Us and I was looking for a game to play on it. No games appealed to me until I saw the cute little purple dragon. He looked so spiffy and awesome the way he was standing on the front cover that I just had to try it! And with me being 7 at the time, I got super excited and that's when I got so into dragons.
I've been following his pawprints ever since.

When I stumbled on TEN's trailer and buyed it. It was history.

I've always liked dragons, so a game with a dragon on the front was a must have, even though I had NO IDEA what it was about.

I was walking in a game store and saw it and just had to pick it up.

My sister was the one that bought the first seens she is 6 years older than me i played a little while and stoped playing. the years have passed and saw ANB was out so i thought 2 myself "hmm, it couldn't hurt 2 play spyro again". i got the game and i became addicted 2 spyro at an instant. and now i'm waiting 4 DotD and i'm going mad. MAD i tell ya MAAAAAAAD!!

I use to watch my friend play Spyro: year of the dragon. So I decided to get the first Spyro game and the next one, and the next one and so on.

I once where in a store and saw the STD game. Since I also loved dragons back then, I asked if I could get it, and I got it! My interest for it grew bigger and bigger!

i started plaing when i was five.when i was 4i saw y big sis play i.so i sat down and watched.my eyes grew VEARY wide.1 yaer later i sat down again wth her and played it.t was stil to hard or me.years past.i grew into it.now im really good!the game i played in this storey:yer of the dragon.that was my VEARY first spyrogame EVA!my second was a hero's tail.
