Always having to refresh universe website [CLOSED]

Is anyone else getting this error on the universe site

- login to the game
- switch character a few times
- the mouse icon wont let me click anywhere; have to refresh the page "F5"
(the game is activity in the background, but the mouse wont let you do anything)

Been doing this since the game came out, and I don't even have to switch the character to have that.

Usually,when I don't get in for a few weeks,it's pretty much on this order:

-Freezes in the first loading screen
-Refresh; freezes while loading Skyland
-Refresh; either stops at the same point of freezes once I open anything on the menu(configuration and the like)
-After that, it's random, the only loading place that won't freeze on me is the world map e_e

Everytime I touch the friendslist. If I kick someone out (players that have registered only 1 skylander, or maybe less) or kill friends requests I made without getting a response.
