From what I can gather there is none in Giants and all the SA ones can be founds/bought in Giants

Top of my head (no pun intended), the Biter hat can be found on Chapter 2 in a hidden drop down platform that leads to a Fire (I think) Elemental Zone. The platform is near the Bone Chompy spawners near the start of the level. Either that or it is in the Earth Elemental Zone near the Jump-in cannon (forget the official name) near the end of the level.

There are none in fact. The only exclusive hat is the Knight's Helm in Nightmare Mode.

i have wii version and ive played at my buddys house he has xbox to me it seems there is twice as many on xbox then wii or it was the same amount and it seemed like more cuz he did not unlock them
