Does anybody know if the battle pack will be released on the 9th of January in the Canadian equivalent of gamestop, EBgames?

Did you check their website? I would say no. I checked ebgames.com it says it will be out on the ninth. I trued ebgames.ca and it is not listed on it at all.

I am pretty sure its the ninth because gamestop and walmart and target and the facebook page says the ninth

They are already at the store in the back in a box that says, do not release until 1/9/2013.

Well today sucked, went to GameStop to pick up my Scorpion Striker and they didn't have it, then I learned they pushed the date back to the 9th. Seriously WTH Activision!

It had been pushed back to the ninth for awhile. I doubt that it will be in Wal-Mart on the ninth as Gamestop is supposed to have a 30 day exclusive on it in the USA, anyways.
