Is this just for employees or is this for retail? I found a pic of a holiday prisim break today on the net but I have no idea how to post it... Lol.. I feel dumb..

It depends Gremmy.... Is it White or does it have some Gold on it? If it is all white then it is available in stores, just really rare as a lot of the wave three lightcore boxes are not out yet. If it has gold on it or has a stamp on the corner of the box that says Employee Exclusive then it is for Employee only.

The pic says its employee edition. It's prisim break gold with snow on him and his base. So I don't know if it is really for retail...

Nope it is for employees only. The only way you would be able to get it is you went to ebay and got one there.
