Thumback, who doesn't like a big shark?

Is this an HQ by any other name? I think you might wanna change your thread name to "Which should I buy? Eye-Brawl or Thumpback". However, this could snowball into something crazy....asking which you should buy? I understand not being sure on it, but...there's so many reasons people can make, and ultimately, it should be based off what YOU want. There are pages I think for the giants on activision's Giant site, and there may be some videos you can watch on those pages. Their fighting styles may be featured on those and will give you a better idea than varied opinions here.

If it wasn't bad enough, considering his name is Thumpback (a pun on Humpback), it's pretty damn obvious he isn't a shark.

Well, unless he's a killer whale, which...given his color isn't likely, he's some type of fish. I can't recall what fish have teeth like his other than a shark. Now, we can argue if he's accurate or if his name suits him, but ultimately he's a fantasy character, made with kids in mind. They wanted catchy names, you know? It's memorable and it works.

He's obviously based on a Humpback Whale (his name and appearance), a whale is not a fish. He's a mammal, just like dolphins and seals.

I'd go with Eyebrawl. Thumpback is just very simple, Toss an anchor, and slide with the moves we have seen. Eye Brawl has his Eye Pop Out and shoot enemys like the Sparx Magic Item, and His Melee attacks. I'd go with Eye Brawl +1

Lightspyro, most whales have no teeth. If memory serves me, the only one that does is the killer whale, which is black and white, neither of which are Thumpback. He's blue. There are blue sharks though.

I'm seriously buying all three giants and enjoying them all to the fullest!

He is obviously a whale. His catchphrase is "Hail to the Whale" and he just a fictional character and doesn't have to look like the real thing.

Hmmm...well, true. It's just that...only killer whales have teeth, so it's kinda...odd that they went with a toothed blue whale.....but then, we have a shroom with a giant eyeball, an ent with hammer hands, a cyborg dragon, a volcanic dog...yep this is fantasy. It's just drawn that way.
