Installed portal, now how do I use the figure? [CLOSED]

I successfully installed my portal to Skylanders universe, and it says connected. But when I put a figure in the portal, it wont read or switch out to that Skylander.

Try with a different figure, or keep trying the same one over and over. Usually it takes me one or two tries for a figure to work.

Also, try making sure that you have the most up to date portal drivers as well. ^JG
