Bluetooth Portal of Power on Xbox 360 (through USB)? [CLOSED]

I just got the iOS Starter Pack that came with the Bluetooth Portal of Power but it has a USB connection on it also. Does anyone know if this will work on the Xbox 360 Skylanders Giants? I'm trying to decide if I need to buy the version with the portal or not.

I have no clue....Try. If it doesn't end up working, just get the POP and find a portal on Evilbay....Better to save money than to have multiple characters....

I really doubt that it would work on the 360 version, since the normal 360 portal has an extra security chip
Here are the confirmed compatibilities:
PS3/PC/Wii/(Wii-U?): Universally work with each other
360: Only works with 360 (and PC?)
3DS: Works with 3DS. Has a USB connector that works with PC, PS3 and Wii (And probably Wii-U, although untested)


...quick question for anyone that got the 3DS version of Giants, did it just not come with a Type-B Mini-USB cable?

Mine came with the mini usb cable, same as the s:sa pack did.
