i think that spyro is the bestest game ever dont you just think?

Yeah! It was the first one I ever got and cos it was a copy, it took me like six months before I got a decent copy cos it kept crashing!!! Spyro 2 = mega cool!

ANB is best? Trust me, even though I never played it, this looks like the bomb! Way better than ANB!

ANB is too short. Spyro 2 is the right length (even though now I'm a teeny bit stuck in winter tundra but hey - it's great gameplay!)

Only just got into winter tundra and I'm useless at collecting orbs! I only get to play the game sometimes when I go to my grans where my PS1 is.

I think that this game IS the best!

The game is very good. Not only does it keep with exploring the vast worlds for gems and completing the main task of the level to obtain a Talisman, but the challenges you must play for the orbs keep up an intense level of gameplay. Additionally, the cutscenes are really funny!

if you wanna get orbs wat i did i did this: skiped all the portals like huricios got as many orbs as needed and got to winnter tundra but youl ner guess what gutted that i had to get 40 orbs to kill ripto but what i did was started again from summerforest NOT DELETEING THE GAME but starting from glimmer note the portal entitled:colosolus is hard if you dont no the name its the one with the monks.

I still like to do things the old fashion way.

Yeah, level by level, do everything you can before moving on. Don't fret about the 5-star challenges. The only thing hard in Colossus is the 1 v 1 Hockey, but that's still easy. The flag challenge in Scorch is EASY! The only thing that surprises you is: Meh. Not too bad. First requirements are 3 orbs to Ocean Speedway. Then just 6 for Metro Speedway. A nice 8 for the last of Autumn Plains. Then suddenly, out of the blue... 40 ORBS FOR RIPTO?!?!?! It surprised me at first a bit. Wait, 55 ORBS AND 8000 GEMS FOR THE DRAGON SHORES THEME PARK? WOAH, 64 ORBS AND 10000 GEMS FOR THE PERMANENT SUPERFLAME? Yeah. When I beat Ripto and went off to Dragon Shores I was like 'Well, now that I'm here it's no more orb or gem collecting. No more enemies. No more-- OMG! THAT MUCH TO GET IN???' Then when I got orb 55 in Mystic Marsh I said "I think I just completed Spyro 2!" Then I went in got some tokens, watched a few cutscenes. Got bored. Explored Avalar a bit. Explored Dragon Shores a bit mor-- HOLY COW!!! 100% TO OPEN THAT DOOR!!! I was stumped for what could be in there. I NEEDED to find out. Then I listened around the door for anything. Maybe a secret entrance. Then I heard the sound of a powerup and I was like 'A POWERUP? ONE... HUNDRED... PERCENT FOR A STINKING POWERUP!' Then I went on Spyro Hints and realized what the powerup was.

It'd be neat if you complete the game again WITHOUT the Permanent Superflame on the same file and got Permanent Supercharge. Even better, Permanent Superflame. Permanent Superfreeze (from Cloud Temples). Permanent Invincibility. Even... Permanent Superbounce! LOL. Permanent Superbounce. Y'know, the powerup which when you walk through you get leaped up into the air. Now that'd either mean permanently pouncing into the air or having an advanced jump, like the Gameshark cheat in YotD.

I think Ripto's Rage.Gateway to Glimmer is the BEST of like, all of the Spyro games. The original trilogy is alot better than the PS2 games by far.

This 1 is pretty fun and good.But it is not good at all compared to 1.Spyro A hero's tail 2.Spyro the dragon 3.Spyro the dragon the eternal night.
