Which Skylanders are actually worth going a certain path to obtain an armour upgrade?

I have a Dino-Rang with Earthen Avenger and quite frankly, I enjoy it and the armour looks cool.
I was wondering for L-Slam Bam if it was worth going to the Blizzard Brawler path for the golden armour or if the Glacial Yeti is better. And so on and so forth with others. Thanks for the help.


On a side note, is it just me or does Chill look dumber with the Imperial Armour upgrade? I think her old helmet and shield look better but I am biased.

I think chill looks cooler (<~ Whahaha!) Too without the upgrade and I have slam bam I'm glacier

Yes, you must choose the armor path for slam bam otherwise he looks stupid. Plus the path with the armor is better anyways.

How are you biased?

Well, I guess biased wasn't a real good word to use there sorry :/

But I just get into arguments with my friends on how they say Chill looks better with Imperial Armour.
Lets say, I am more on the side of no Imperial Armour.

I also am excited for Chill. I have a Crusher on the Rock Grinder Path. Should I switch paths to get the armor on the other or not?

I prefer Blizzard Brawler for L-Slam Bam, but since his Legendary is a S2, if you decide you prefer Glacier Yeti, you can always switch paths in Giants.

I actually like Chill's Imperial Armour.

Also I think the ones who get armour are the following :-

Dino-Rang - earthen avenger path
Slam Bam - blizzard brawler path
Prism Break - crystaleer path
Drill Sergeant - soul gem
Warnado - soul gem
Bash - soul gem
Ignitor - soul gem
Wham-Shell - soul gem

Chill - basic upgrade
Jet Vac - soul gem
Flashwing - basic upgrade and super spinner path, doesn't change her appearance, she justs shines

Eye-Brawl - eye brawler path
Crusher - rubble master path
Thumpback - up close and personal path

And that's all I remember but if I forgot any please tell me.
Also, a mention to Tree Rex his appearance changes when you complete either path but he looks different on them both.

You didn't give him the pirate doo rag and named him "Funky Kong"? Because that boosts him up into "BEST SKYLANDER" territory.

I like the old armor too.
