where do u enter the lightcore ones tried to enter for jetvac and nothing

The Lightcore Skylanders aren't considered "different" Skylanders (like the Legendaries are). You just enter the code as a regular version of that character.

Eruptor, for instance, has Series 1, Series 2 and Lightcore versions. Unlocking multiple versions will give you a small (250) Energy boost for each one, but you only need one of them for gameplay.
