Hi
I have Skylanders: Spyros Adventure for two days.
During these two days I stopped working two toys! (Cynder and Triggle Happy)
The problem is that the toys are melted down by the portal can not read them.
Toys were not next to the fire / hot things, standing on a wooden desk. How is it possible to dissolve them cold Portal?
I contacted the Polish distributor (Lem), but now it's Christmas, so no answer.
Can someone explain this strange phenomenon? Is it possible to disassemble for cleaning toys?
Do I exchange them for new ones? If I do not what to do?
I have PC version, polish language.
Sorry for my bad english.

I suggest trying to contact Activision after their department opens again. it is highly likely that Activision will replace them.

ALSO: When dealing with translation programs, use very specific terms. specific terms tend to translate better.

Thank you for your help.
I look forward to his reply Polish support. Meanwhile, I was able to fix these figures in this way:

1: Open your game and put the problem toy on the portal, wait for the error message to come up
2: Use Ctrl+Esc to Return to your desktop, leave the toy on the portal through the whole process
3: Unplug the portal from the USB and wait a few moments
4: Replug the portal, wait moment for it to connect to the pc, then bring your game window back up
5: You should see the summon video as you tab back into your game but this time the error should not come up

It appears that the "molten" substrate does not affect the reading of the toy.
