That most of the s2 figures are the upgrade path opposite that their wow pow was intended for?
Its kinda hard to putninto words, but here's what ive came up with:

Character: Zook. Stump smash. Drill sergeant. Terrafin

I don't know what you're talking about. The Wow Pow abilities are the same as the Soul Gems where the Skylanders can learn 'em both no matter which path they take.

He talking about the path he sees it being more in tune with. I think. I still have to wait til Xmas to play the console version so I don't know. Tho I will point out unless cynders wow pow is sitting majestically not doing squat her repose has nothing to do with anything. Lol

What, you haven't played the console version of Skylanders Giants yet?! I know the 3DS games are way more super-awesome but the console version is the main one!

And if Thumpterra12 is talking about which path the Wow Pow abilities were intended for then I'd say that Stealth Elf's Knife Blender was definitely intended for the Pook Blade Saint path since she's got far more range and deals more damage through her blade upgrades. With the Forest Ninja path, her Wow Pow is weak, lacks range and is sorta useless. Stealth Elf is currently the only Skylander I've unlocked the Wow Pow ability for so that's all I know.
