I got the same email. The deal is I stopped by my local TRU on the way home from work and an employee there went in the back to check for me because I was looking for LC shroomboom he said that they had no boxes with the 12/20 street date and only 2 boxes of the 12/23 street date ones so with what we know about what is packed in each box that means only 2 people will be able to take advantage of deal

Looks like another satisfied Best Buy customer. Did you get that Shroomboom from BB too? That was the only one I didn't see in store.

I got shroomboom at TRU and the other 4 at best buy.

Picked up shroomboom at 12:15am right before closing TRU.
Picked up the others around 4pm the 20th at Best Buy.

might be a mistake isnt there only 8 characters in a box which could be why they said 8 to chose from. maybe they arent aware that the other 3 are already out and because the new 5 in the box they think that the other 3 are what people are looking for too

I posted this elsewhere, but my TRU guy said all of the 23rd figures are S2 reposes (he showed me the email listing them and telling them when to put them out - cynder, eruptor, prism break, stealth elf, lightning rod) and that half would be released tomorow morning and the other half on midnight for Sunday.
