GameStop has Hot Head but can't sell it yet? [CLOSED]

My local GameStop says they have hothead but they're not allowed to sell him until later on this month. Anyone know why?

Gotta be the Hot Dog Battle Pack. I'm going to call up my GameStop tomorrow and see if there is an update on the release date. I am friends with the manager and everyone who works at this particular GameStop (manager included), plays skylanders, so they are all 'educated' on the subject lol.
