I don't think we know currently who his VA is. To me, he sounds like Dee Bradley Baker but on Dee's site, Skylanders isn't listed as one of the projects he's worked on. (although, I thought his name was in the credits...hmmm)

I'm fairly certain that Dee Bradley Baker voices Hot Dog.
