I always thought you could report the PMs and then he could read them. Otherwise, this forum is like a lighter version of the Patriot Act in the United States (which gives the government the power to wiretap phone conversations). <.<

Well he has access to the sites database and he could easily implement a tool to allow him to read all of the sites PM's, but he wouldn't waste his time. He can read the reported ones, and I'm sure if he did implement a PM reader, he would only do it if he had a good reason.

I moderate another site and I know for a fact that a few top admins have the privilege of reading any PMs. I only see that used when there have been suspicions of something going on that they should know about. Obviously, it isn't used for everyday snooping.

Going from this, I'm pretty sure dark52 can access anything within the domains of his site.

This one doesn't seem to have any specific sort of host server. There's no affiliation with any sort of forums like vBulletin or Zetaboards. <.<
