No, its actually possible. If you saerch all the stores in your area, or even if you have to travel a little bit, you're sure to find at least one. Probably multiple

I have seen him around a few times, unlike Wham-Shell where I only saw him once in the wild lol

I've only seen 1 I check 4 different stores 2-3 times a week but I'm not seeing the hothead frito lays chip bags anymore 15th

He's not as hard to find for me as he use to be. I had found a few in walmart before black friday and then on black friday I found a few more. And a few since then.

He's not as hard to come-by as he use to be.

Definitely getting easier. Got my first online, my second in Wal-Mart, and passed up a third a day later in Target.

Definitely not another Whamshell search. Although I recently found a crap load of Whamshell's at a random Toys R' Us throughout my hunting last weekend, surprisingly. Hot Head was very hard to find at first but he is indeed getting a bit easier to find nowadays. Just gotta search more stores around your area.
