ok so i know there is a lot of topics bout this but i think its coming out in jan with battle pack and does any1 know for sure what coming out in wave 3

Nothing official. All speculation, except for Battle pack with Hot Dog coming to Gamestop Jan. 1st at the latest. Thumpback likely to be released in wave 3.

If they done that, they might as well release Ninjini with it as well, because there is no other new characters other than her and the unreleased variants. Also, the remaining Lightcores and Series 2s.
