Why can't I change my avatar? [CLOSED]

Earlier (a few days ago) I uploaded a new avatar that came up wrong. Now to fix that I want to upload a different avatar but for some reason it says temporarily cannot do! What does this mean?

There's an issue with the server that keeps coming back, I've switched off the ability to upload avatars as you'll just get the same problem again anyway.

You can upload an avatar if you don't have one.
They still come up broken, but I thought I should point this out.

Thanks. Switched that bit off too now.

Edit: You should be able to upload avatars again now. It'll probably break again in a few hours though. smilie

Is it possible that the portion of the server responsible for managing avatars became corrupted? I don't know how feasible that is... but that's the first thought that came to mind. ;>.>
