Chill makes me SO angry! [CLOSED]

To make a long story short, I've had to reset Chill several times because she glitches and says she is broken. I had a previous one I finally exchanged, and she seems to be doing it quite frequently again. It seems to be mostly when I add a magical item to the portal (from series one) or switch her out for a giant. I've spent all the time doing all 36 (currently available) heroic challenges with her three times already...I refuse to do it again. Is anyone else having this trouble with her?? I can take several of the reposes back and forth between both games and have no trouble...as well as L Chop Chop and L Trigger Happy.

There's most likely something wrong with your Chill toy.

Yeah it sounds like you got a bad RFID chip. Call Activision tell em your story take a pic, send the picture to them and have them send you a new one.

My chill toy is just fine...

Sounds like you need to call Activision and get them to send you a new one. Cus I can't say I have this problem and I've played with chill more than any of the other figures I have.

I think one fact seems to be missing from people's suggestions....I had a previous Chill do this as well. Maybe my TRU just got a bad batch, I'm going to try and build up my daughter's figure tomorrow. If it glitches I'm officially giving up on this particular figure and moving on! LOL

It could be possible you got really unlucky, I would call activision and have them send you a new one.

Exchange a new one from Activision. They don't ask for proof or anything from what I hear.
