I want to get it, but getting it would mean a buttload of extra cash, plus question: Are the regular Wii controllers compatible with the Wii U?
Can the Wii U play regular Wii games?

Cause I don't want to pay a buttload more just to buy 3 other controllers, and spend even MORE buying MORE games. Y'know what I mean.

Yeah, financially it's NO GOOD for me atm.

What you said about the Wii U.

The Wii remotes work on the Wii U. Here is the total of controllers you get:

4 Normal Wii remotes
1 Wii U game pad

And the game pad automatically comes with the wii u so no need to fret! Honestly just wait a couple months and the price will probably go down
