BEST: On day 1, got both Rock variants!

WORST: Was bidding on a custom Warnado by Jin Satome, and lost because my mother forced me to get off.

Haven't had any bad ones I guess. If I don't find one then I don't find one. It happens.

Best is probly when my sis bought me the 3ds pop for my bday and herself the starter and gave me . It's nice when younger siblings grow up and get jobs lol

Bad- INVASION OF THE BOOMERS (Don't ask)
Good- The entire store full of Camo/Warnado/Ignitor, Wham Shells, Clear Variant Cynder, Guidebook, and all the normal Giants stuff

SSA:
Best- Finding a boomer, then getting Voodood, dark spyro, and Ignitor from my friend.
Worst- shortages

Giants:
Best- finding a sprocket 3 pack In GameStop
Worst- Not a Single at TRU on Black Thursday

Worst: Buy giants for $75 on release date. Finding out it was $35 on Black Friday.

Not being able to buy anything until Christmas, thus missing out on Jin's boomer.

Best: Having my dad get me Amazon Flameslinger for Christmas.

Worst: When Blue Bash was released, I missed getting one of the tickets by mere seconds. A woman got out of her car just a few seconds before I did and got the last ticket for the line.

Best: The same day I went to another TRU and found a bunch of the Blue Bash sitting right on the counter. One per person though, so I bought one and had my dad run in and grab another one.

Best: Finding Hot Head and Granite Crusher at Target while on vacation in LA.

Worst: During SSA, when I got to Toys R Us five minutes after they got their shipment, and they were already sold out.

Best: Finding the Zook, Lightning Rod, and Cynder three-pack at Fred Myer.

Worst: Searching for a few months for a SINGLE FIGURE--Wham Shell

I almost didn't find it either as I wasn't even going to look at the triple packs, but I changed my mind at the last minute.

Worst: Looking for Wham-Shell for ages, buying him off of evilBay for $30, then seeing him in store like a week later.

Best: Finding ALL of Wave 1 AND Wave 2 at TRU on Giants release day!

Best: when i figured out S2 figures worked on SSA and i bought a lot

Worst:I traded my for my friends and i told him how good he was then he wanted it back

Best: Wham Shell!
Worst: NO dark Spyro!!!!

Best: going to Gamestop on a whim 2 days after Hot Head, Sprocket and Flashwing had been released at TRU in very limited quantities. I had seen the listings on the Gamestop website with "online only" availability and then saying "not available" underneath it. I went for the heck of it and low and behold, I saw the Hot Head first and then the other 2 and was like a lil kid in a candy store. I was so happy. I am just glad for the employees there not caring about when they were supposed to be out. I had heard of them being sent new ones by mistake when only TRU was supposed to have them and saying that if they got them they put em out, they weren't holding them or anything. They only had the one of each and I snapped them up.

Worst: haven't had one yet

Best SSA: my mom got me wham-shell
I was on vaca in Vermont and found ssa strategy guide
Giants: bought hot head online and glow in the dark sonic boom

Worst: never got volcanic vault and one day I went to 6 different stores trying to find camo and warnado

I've had plenty of great hunting moments. So many that I'd have to really sit and think about it to remember.

I had a good moment just last weekend when I visited a bunch of stores and found the last three Skylanders I needed to finish up my packaged collection 100%. Now I officially own every Skylander packaged up, excluding all variants. However I've just had a bad moment as well. So I'm out hunting, driving through about ten different stores around the state as usual, then all of a sudden I get a text message from an acquaintance saying that he's just found a Clear Cynder at a Toys R' Us. The last one. I'm like, "No way, he couldn't have found a Clear Cynder. That's impossible". He sent me a picture and sure enough, it was his Clear Cynder in a package. I was completely blown away, and a bit depressed at the same time knowing that I could've stopped by that exact Toys R' Us and gotten it for $10 if I had been there sooner. Luckily I got him to sell it to me for only $120 which is the best deal. I'm picking it up next week.

Worst: Being told Toys r us was holding Sproket and Flashwing for me only for them to only have Sproket

Best - going into Ebgames to cancle my Wii U Preorder a couple days before the system came out and found the 1 hot head they had got.

Also going into Wal Mart Randomly and finally finding Flashwing

I had a bad moment recently, too.

I went to a far away ToysRUs, and they said they had Silver Boomer and a Clear Stealth Elf!

.. and they sold a few months back.

GOOD: Finding Silver Boomer
BAD: Not Getting Silver Boomer (this was in november last year, I couldn't get it because I didn't have the game :/ They had it at the Toys R Us express for about 2-3 weeks before christmas)

BAD: Never finding a variant so far

Ryanator, I know how you feel on that one. In my area we can at least find the regular characters with no problem now, but variants? It's the same as the last game, not a one in sight ever.

Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure
Good- I got a Wham-Shell the day it came out on GameStop.com.
Bad- No variants at all.

Skylanders: Giants
Good- Finding Sprocket/Chill/Flashwing/Pop Fizz at relatively close times.
Bad-Finally finding Hot Head the day after Black Friday. (From that day until X-Mas I'm not aloud to buy anything)

Good: looking for camo and finding a wham shell! Wasn't even looking for one because I just never thought I would ever find one. I about fell on the floor when I saw it! It was just sitting out in front in the middle of the day, at target no less! This was in July by the way, and that target has supposedly never seen another since then! Talk about lucky!
