So apparently the Bowler Hat is an exclusive to the PC game which I'm assuming is Skylanders: Universe, and can be found in Perilous Pastures. First of all, where is Perilous Pastures in Universe, how do I obtain the hat, and can I transfer it to the console version? I can't seem to find any other information on the Bowler Hat anywhere.

No, It's a PC version of Spyros Adventure which has it. Not Universe.

Oh, really? I never knew Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure was also for the PC. I thought it was only for the Wii, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This entire time I thought the "PC" version was referring to Universe, lol. Thanks. That totally clarifies it for me.
