2. No. Sadly enough you really only see Quigley in Chapter 3: Rumbletown.....

1. The new legendaries (like stealth Elf) are series 2 meaning they have their wow pow ability. But those like Legendary stealth Elf are similer to the brand new skylanders as in they do not have a wow pow ability. The wow pow ability is the only difference between Series 1 and series 2.

Legendary stealth elf does have a wow pow and switch paths, so does ignitor and slam bam. But not jet vac or bouncer. Just a matter if who is series 1 or 2.

To break that down real fast again:

There's 6 new Legendary characters: L-Ignitor, L-Slam Bam and L-Jet Vac (all in a 3 pack), L-Bouncer (the single Giant), L-Stealth Elf (the single regular character) and L-Lightcore Chill (The single LC Character). Of those, L-Ignitor, L-Slam Bam and L-Stealth Elf can all get their Wow Pows because they're Series 2 characters. The others are all new characters and don't have Wow Pow natively.


As for Quigly, as isaac mentioned, he only appears at one point in the story. (You play Skystones with him and I think there's a part earlier in that level where he's by the Life Elemental gate.
There's no "quotes" but in one level, the Oracle character recognizes your character specifically, and on the main Ship, you can go to the Music Box and your Skylander will freestyle rap with their name and grunts.
