There are some characters that you can use that are similar to enemies in the game. It is sort of an "Irony Kill" Here are some examples:
Drill Sergent: Arkeyan Ultron, Drill X
Chop-Chop:Arkeyan Jouster
Fright Rider:Arkeyan Jouster
Tree Rex: Bark Demon
Etc. Etc.

how about bouncer and those bomb throwing arkeyan dudes? bouncer is 2x as big, so it kinda looks weird. also, how about those ambushes? those are cool when playing with the same guy.

When i looked on skylanders wiki, it said drill sergeant's species is arkeyan ultron. How come he can't shield himself and fire rockets?

The irony I would say is many of them were in the original game.

The next thing I would say is... is it me , or does Hot Head look like Eruptor evolve form (yeah Pokémon reference)?
They both somewhat have the same moves too but... once again more "Evolved".
