Broken Hot Head [CLOSED]

I received my Hot Head from Amazon and the Portal of Power does not recognize it. He does not even light up. Any suggestions other than return it or get another one?

I would contact Activision either by phone or email if that happened to me... I've heard they're actually pretty good about sending replacements!!

^ Yeah they are, when I bought Giants the portal didn't work so they sent me a new one! Plus I told the lady if she could wait to send me one as I was making my way to GameStop in a couple of days. So I got a new one from GameStop and they sent me one? Don't know what to do with the other one though :3

My portal was 3 months ago broken.
And my dad call activision and they send in 8 days a portal.
And they say, that it was 12 days waiting.
And i got it in 8 days! smilie

As far as portals go, do they actually require you to send it in by mail?

One of my portals has been glitching up recently, it'll detect the Skylanders for a second, then bring up the broken toy message for any of my Skylanders, even though my other one works perfectly fine with them.

Email Amazon. They're fantastic about replacing broken purchases. They'll send you a pre-paid mailing label to send it back.
