Why would a user be Rhynoc'd? [CLOSED]

Unless their validation isn't approved, the users are Rhynoc'ed.

From the Help Files:

Rhynoc
An account that has been terminated even before validation.

If dark sees that the user is a returning user, or a user who has an inappropriate name, their account is terminated.

If it's so easily them.

For instance, If I was banned, then made an account called "MUMBOHOMER", dark would probably roll his eyes and not validate it.

Well the guy is 25, he probably has is own place, has to work a full-time job to support himself and I'm sure he has other things he has to do, so he most likely doesn't get a lot of time to spend on the site. The man has a life of his own. He's ran the site for like 8 years now.
