I liked his old voice better. If they change his voice in the upcoming Skylanders 3, I think they should have his old voice, but a little more robotic.

His old voice was more...uh...urban. I feel like it was probably slightly cliche to have a robot who seems to be good at sports to be voiced by what sounds like a black guy, so they ended up making it really heavily modified (like it was run through the robot filter of their audio program)

It's not really a big deal. I got use to it, and it works better really. Same with Drobot. Both are pretty funny with their robot accents.
