3ds version question - door on side of flynns ship [CLOSED]

Hi all

I have completed the 3ds version of the game, got all the stars and need 3 more hats - but I just can't work out how I get to the secret door on the side of Flynns ship like you can in the console version - instead of the ship in the room to customise the ship I have a room full of sheep

Is it possible in the 3ds version or not?

For all we know, maybe the way to activate it is enabled by registering all 99? Only time will tell on this hypothesis.
