I guess my Dad and I are the odd exception. I'm almost 23, and he's almost 52, and we play Skylanders together. My Dad is overall pretty childish at heart, so he likes the toys just about as much as I do. His favourite characters so far are Voodood, Gil-Grunt and Flameslinger. He had trouble remembering their real names at first, so he always called them "Axe Swinger, Fish-Man, and Fire-Guy". It's just sort of a running joke now and he always calls them that.

Me and my dad sometimes play skylanders together, I'm 15 and he's 49, but like your dad, he's childish at heart, that's why I like staying with him more than staying with my mom he bought me a majority of my skylanders, too bad I only see him only every few months :'(
