Most skylanders have at least some fun factor to them, but some have more to them then others. What I've noticed is that people rarely acknowladge a character or path for being fun to play. Here are the top 10 characters I find most enjoyable to play.

#10 Trigger Happy(Golden frenzy)
"WHAT TRIGGER HAPPY GOLDEN FRENZY SUCKS!!!! HOW COULD IT BE HERE?!?" He doesn't need to be overpowered to get on this list. I find boucning bullets to be both enjoyable and useful.

#9 SonicBoom either path
Yep, while her playstyle is rather monotonous her babies are fun to watch grow, take flight, and annoy your opponent. She's really underrated too.

#8 Stump smash either path
A bulky character who can use his meganut as a portable shield!!! Awesome! On either path you can also give it some new purposes like crushing it into acorns or flinging it at your enemies!

#7 Flameslinger (pyromancer)
While I don't find him to be very potent, his flame dash and column of fire are fun, fast, and amusing!

#6 Stealth elf forest ninja
Underrated, and tremendously unique! Scarecrows with axes, boo yah!

#5 Whirlwind Tempest Dragon
This path is both more powerful AND fun than Ultimate rainbower! You can create rainbow chains till you run out of rainbows!(Never) And the elecrticity between the clouds kicks butt!

#4 Voodood Either path
Mostly marauuder, his combos are awesome! And his tripwires are really fun! Zipline axe is a unique attack and its fun pulling yourself to your enemy!

#3 Doulbe Trouble either path
Um, this guy makes freaking clones of himself. and if that's not enough his magic bombs are great visually....and he sings to himself! The strongest character in the game as well!

#2 Fright rider Joust jockey
Speed makes a character very fun! His jousting attacks are cool, 360 degrees of spear is easy to pull off and the entombment strike is visually appealing(jumping in the air and then stabbing)

#1Lightning Rod Typhoon titan
He is underrated as ****. The cloud statellites are AWESOME! Grand lightning? Amazingly fun! Zapper field is visually appealing just like all of his other attacks, this guy does not get the respect he deserves.

5: Sunburn (Flame Lord) [DISCLAIMER: I tried him in Giants, and the Immolation Teleport is just less glitchy and everything, which makes him SO MUCH more fun to play for me. The Flamethrower is also finally useful down Flame Lord due to ticking more often, and Phoenix Dash seems to handle and travel better too. I guess you could say... I'm warming up to him. Skeptics, please try him out with these buffs!]
4: Prism Break (Crystaleer)
3: Boomer (Demolition Troll)
2: Chill (Frozen Fury)
1: Sprocket (Operator)

Chop Chop has become a lot less enjoyable from getting competitively buffed in my opinion. I like him slightly less whenever I play him.
I still haven't tried Gearhead, but I get the feeling it will end up on this list somewhere.

Just 5 for me. (Or kinda of 7). For fun-ness.

10. Commander Crab, I find it more fun than Captin Crustacean.

9. Fear Eater

8. Joust Jockey, got him as a B-day present from my little cousin and he's so cool!

7. & Eye of the Storm & Bird Blaster are so fun

6. & Brawler and Crystaleer they are both amazing guys.

5. Telsa Dragon he is sooo fun on it, Slime Sea Serpent Sucks.

4. Grand Master Boomerang I love dinosaurs and it's exciting to mess around with Boomerang Finesse.

3. Magmantor, he is so cool when you spam the Lava Blobs; Volcanor is stronger but not as fun. Easily underrated.

2. Smash N Bash is alot of fun and is Strong, also underrated.

1. He IS Spyro after all (though not the same as the Classic or Legend carnations), not the strongest but easily the most fun for me. Now if only he didn't look like a purple gargoyle........
