For some reason I can't enter the Prism Break of Voodood codes I got off EBay OR my new Hot Head out of the box, anyone else having this problem?

Well, the two ones from eBay are a given - people have obviously used them already. The new Hot Head however, not a clue why it shouldn't work. Unless, for some reason, the figure had been used on a different account before you bought it - but that's very unlikely.

The ones from EBay are fresh cause I used tem in my cloud patrol and lost islands no problem. But skylanders universe was down until 5 pm today so maybe it's a glitch?

I tried using the portal to register them and I couldn't even put my Zook on the portal and he is already registered! Must be a glitch.

Theres is actually a glitch on the website currently, its not letting anyone use codes.

Well it's good it's not just me, I hope they are still usable when the glitch is fixed, thanks for all the help guys!

It works now, just entered my Hot Head. For you portal users a new update came out.
