Chop-Chop was more fun to play as without his wow-pow. In Spyro's adventure there was a lot of strategy with him on vampiric warrior, and using the arkyean leap combo as an evasive maneuver/speed boost was tons of fun, and separated the people who knew how to use Chop-Chop from the people who just immediately said he sucked due to low damage. Now all you really have to do is spam his wow-pow shield bash attack. Plus in Giants his Arkyean leap got nerfed, making that attack even more pointless. (His leap doesn't work properly on slopes in Giants for some reason.) Chop-Chop was always good, he just took a little while to learn how to use. Now they dumbed him down to a simple "spam one attack" character. It's kind of disappointing to me that people like him mostly for the attack that makes him boring. : (

Anyhoo, if I had to pick eight to get rid of, this is who they'd be..

Tech: Drobot: My least favourite Skylander. Completely boring to play as, and stupidly overpowered. Not fun or interesting in the slightest.
Magic: Double Trouble: way too stupidly overpowered. Not at all rewarding to play as.
Water: Zap: Not all that fun.
Fire: Sunburn: It doesn't matter to me that he can't fly, but I just think he's kind of boring to play as. He's more interesting on the teleporter path, but it's a bit too slow paced.
Life: Camo: Was tempted to say Stealth Elf since I really don't like her, but I like Camo even less. No matter what configuration of upgrades I play him as, he's just not fun.
Undead: Cynder: Just not a fan of her gameplay. I find all of the other undead characters more fun.
Air: Lightning Rod: He's completely helpless in close range combat, and I know it's petty, but his figure sucks.

Though in all honesty, I'd rather they get rid of all eight giants and just continue with creative regular sized characters. At this point I don't even want the remaining Giants since I like the newlanders so much more.

And herp. I forgot earth. For some reason I always do. :/ Guess I'd say Terrafin. Just not fond of him as he isn't fun in any of the games. Though Dino-Rang comes in close second. What saves him is that I like his character design, and he's lots of fun in the 3DS Spyro's Adventure.

Magic: Double Trouble. Spyro is mandatory due to how iconic he is, though he would have been my choice, Voodood (mainly down ELEMENTALIST) is generally underrated anyway, and could have a really interesting move and figure if he got the chance, and Wrecking Ball is actually my favorite Magic(yeah... I don't like magic much ), but Double Trouble is already not only the most overpowered of the Element, but also of Skylanders in general. Just him staying in S Tier should be proof enough he didn't need any boosts to his attacks.

Earth: Terrafin. Terrafin was overpowered from the start, especially down Sandhog. He's boring to play as and he's not an interesting character either. However, I could say this about all of Earth but Prism Break... It's just that Terrafin is the most broken. Dino-Rang also has a much cooler concept and Bash, though arguably even more powerful when you use him right, FEELS powerful to use- I'd much rather take some iron pikes to my face than a fortified stone hammer that looks like it could split my skull open from barely hitting.

Water: Zap. I am fine with Water in general. It's just that everyone else would be so much better getting reposes over him. Gill Grunt needs more love all around, Slam Bam is *puts on shades* TOO COOL to not be remade, and Wham-Shell not only needs to be more common but really could have gotten an interesting power with some time spent thinking over it. I think the thing I like least about Zap is he's basically an inferior yet less interesting Flameslinger...

Fire: I'll go crazy and say... IGNITOR! He's sort of in the same spot as Double Trouble. He's the only instant force to be reckoned with of Fire in Spyro's Adventure, while everyone else is either a cooler choice or deserved the boost. Eruptor definetly needed something changed, Sunburn deserves proper flight to fix his mobility, and Flameslinger is just so much cooler so he deserves to reappear(but... WHY DID YOU MAKE HIM SO BROKEN TOYS FOR BOB ).

Tech: Drobot. Not a hard choice here, for what he is. Admittedly on the contrary to most people I do not think Drobot is boring... Down CLOCKWORK DRAGON where I think he is pretty fun to play. After finally trying Clockwork Dragon I love Drobot a lot more, and Tech this round is my easy favorite so it is pretty hard to pick based on the Skylanders alone, but Drobot is already more than powerful enough down either path so he really didn't need it.

Undead: Cynder. Now before you question why I chose against Spyro because he was iconic, and not the same with Cynder, I just have to say this: Cynder is no longer any icon whatsoever other than getting constantly chucked onto merchandise as the new poster woman before Stealth Elf. Her playstyle doesn't need a buff, and all the other Undead characters are just much cooler to have around. Cynder is a random dragon. The way she's set up she doesn't even feel Undead or anything(even if you take her backstory into account). Her gameplay pales in comparison to the others in her class, and didn't need to be changed. If anything, her Wow Pow just lowers everyone's opinion of her because she can't Shadow Dash from flight anymore- something evident in the lack of discussion about her as opposed to other Undead Skylanders getting talked about quite a fair bit. Also GHOST ROASTER for thee winnnnnnnnn. Everyone else makes a much better hero to have on your desk than this LAME shoutout to The Legend of Spyro.

Air: *holds up shield* Whirlwind. Before you berserk at me, I just want to say, I never saw much potential in her Wow Pow... It's really as simple as that. Though her toy got a much deserved complete fix, and she is cool, she is already arguably the most powerful Air, expect for maybe Sonic Boom, and her Wow Pow is barely a change to her playstyle. You'll still only throw around Tempest Matrixes... Big whoop... And I can't think of any inventive move to give her other than make her horn damage enemies in front of her when she flies- as a shout out to that upgrade on the 3DS games- which still isn't special. And before someone says "Lightning Rod", this is a thread about how you would have your way with the reposes, and I would have given him a much cooler figure because he really does have potential for that(especially if he was summoning his Most Powerful Grand Lightning Attack Ever!). Sonic Boom is also more iconic, and Warnado needs more release and is cooler than all other three... And Jet-Vac and Swarm.

Life: Stealth Elf. Do we really need to look over this? Only possible buff is to specifically the Forest Ninja path... Which has no effect on Pook Blade Saint. Oh god. Idontevenknowwhytheydecidedtoreposeherespeciallywithsuchalameandredundantwowpow... Camo, Stump Smash, and Zook are all way cooler than her, and aren't as inherently broken. The only problem is Stealth Elf production has dropped lately, but it's the same with the other three.

Magic: WB,Wrecking Ball, GITD Wrecking Ball, GITD WB. However, you want to type it is the one I would get rid off. Why? Because, he is my least favorite of all skylanders. I do not know why. He just is. I don't know if it is the insanely long tounge? The fact that he belches. Or if the blue ball.... just creeps me out. As in the famous words of a chief.. We don't want no Scrubs. I have no idea who TLC is. Maybe it is the fact that he just creep creeps me out.

Magic - Spyro
Undead - Cynder
Life - Camo
Earth - Idunno
Water - Not sure
Fire - Sunburn
Air - Whirlwind
Tech - Also not sure

For me I would have to say

Life - Stealth Elf: I like her, but she's getting too much attention and should give the other life guys some more attention
Undead - Chop Chop: This guy is okay, but again more attention to the others please and he has a few too many figures now.
Magic - Wreacking Ball: What more can you do for him, he really can't improve from what he is as a very annoying character.
Water - Zap: He isn't very interesting to me and should really have some time off for one game or two.
Earth - Bash: Again way too many figures now regular, legendary, blue, and now a series 2 version? come on even Dino Rang should be getting more attention as he's treated like he doesn't exist.
Tech - Drobot: This guy is being a big attention hog, almost everybody talks about him, but no one seems to care about Drill Sergeant one of my first skylanders I ever got or Boomer. Even Triggerhappy is almost overlooked by him.

I don't care either way in this argument as to which ones are not being reposed. However, from the pics I have seen of Lightning Rod. It makes me want to Puke.... he looks terribul.

I really don't see the need for there to be Light Cores AND re-poses of the same characters. I'd just have gotten rid of those duplicates and re-posed the infamous eight, thereby pleasing everyone. Except the crowd who would see it as some kind of an affront to have to spend $2 extra for a Light Core figure just to have a certain character. But that's about as first-world as first-world problems get, so I'm not counting those folks.

On that territory, is a sucker and I'd be glad to sledge off the team. Uncreative design and NOTHING good or powerful about him and is a complete joke, just like and who I would also give the boot for the same reasons.
I don't feel too partial towards, so he can keep his boot away.
Is weak and overrated. isn't very good either. I have no opinion on the fire elements, though maybe for being absolutely BROKEN and OP.
Despite being adorable, I have to give him the boot.

I find it a bit odd that Activision would not repose some of the most popular ones from S:SA. Wham Shell, Camo, And Warnado where one of the most popular ones from what I have seen. It just seems odd that they would do that.

Here's my ideas: Don't take out anyone when you add more...I'm pretty sure a game like S:G could handle all that data...But, since that's not how it rolls, here's my choices:

Magic: I don't think he should have been taken out, but he's my least favorite magic. He would have even worked perfectly as the LC, but how could they remove Voodood?! Why?!

Earth: I really like him, but he just happens to be my least favorite Earth. 1st is , 2nd is , 3rd is , then , so yeah...

Water: I guess... Why would they remove Wham Shell, even though Slam Bam is ice, not water? It confuses me...

Fire: Ignitor is not as great as , , or my favorite ...so...Why remove Sunburn?
