I play with my nephew so I rarely play single player and I thought this would be a great way to find out some other character combinations to play as. What are some good combinations you have found? And why? (Strategy, gameplay, attacks, etc.)

The combination I'm really liking right now is Hot Head and Flameslinger.

When we play, I'd shoot the oil at the enemies and my nephew would use the fire dash attack and run through and ignite all the oil. Or he would run in a line in front of me and I would shoot the oil through the fire at the enemies. We also tried Eruptor and Ignitor, but they aren't as effective igniting the oil as flameslinger is since all he has to do is run through it.

So what are some other good combinations?

Camo + Camo
One on each path, one spams the firecracker vines, the other spams the melon fountain.

undead defender chop chop and a shooter, chop chop blocks damage shooter, well, shoots.

and.Voodood makes walls and Trigger happy goes...well...erm...trigger happy.

Tree rex and drill sergeant cos tree rex slams
enimies away and sarge shoots his blaster(on upgrade path) for a good defensive keepaway attack plan.

Stump Smash on Smash N Bash and Slam Bam on Blizzard Brawler.

It's easiest to complete his special quest with his glacier yeti path....

Sprocket and Shroomboom. Sprocket builds sentries while Shroomboom surrounds them to make them useless.

I have multiple choices

Terrafin (sandhog) and Drobot (Master Blaster)

Drobot sits back and blasts, while Terrafin bodyslams in the front lines.

Eye-Brawl and Eye-Brawl

Haven't played him yet, but I think one on each path would be total destruction. One flies around as the Eyeball and shoots, the other pummels with combos as the Giant.

Crusher (Hammah Path) Tree Rex (Lumbering Laser)

Crusher uses Crusher to Crush his foes, while Tree Rex sits back and FIREZ HIZ LAZOR!!!!!!
