I have the following S2 chars:
Cynder (inc GITD)
Chop Chop
Legendary Slam Bam
Legendary Ignitor
Hex

when i compare S1 with S2:
S2 Cynder does a lightning strike when flying, when you use the lightning attack
saw it on my GITD play with that one, checked with normal s2, had it as well.
S1 doesnt...

Chop Chop, i had to compare with Legendary Chop Chop S1.
S2 chop chop's shield bash is faster, didnt check for dmg.

Legendary S2 slam Bam, need to compare will edit this later!!!

Legendary s2 ignitor vs starter 3ds pack ignitor (just mentioning it incase there is a miracle differense: bug)
its flame leaves a trail of flames for a few seconds. which the normal version doesnt. looks a bit like the console wow pow.

S2 Hex, i dont got an s1 hex, however this one was a bit hidden.
when charging the X attack press A to get skull flying above hex.
this skull will randomly target boxes and enemies, or target the one your attacking. this also looks like the wow pow mentioned on wikipedia.


- Bought Hex and Legendary 3 pack today, so thought i'd share this with you.

The only thing I noticed about Legendary Slam Bam in the 3DS version is that he wears his armor and series 1 Slam Bam doesn't.

EDIT: I just found it. You have to get him to level 6 and use his dash to make a spiky ice shield appear. The Series 1 Slam Bam can't do that.
