I agree with you on the rating, and I don't think AntauriWolf was intending to be mean, so don't take offense. It's only that most topics like these always start arguments (not your fault, ours. I always get into them somehow smilie).
Thee seems to be a constant battle between users over whether it should be 'T' or E10+. If we could manage to get along over it, it'd be fine, but someone always snaps.

The DS version has been given the same rating as the previous DS version got. In Germany at least.

Usually alot of DS games are rated E, like my TMNT (based on the Ninja Turtles movie) game for the DS while the Wii version I have for it is rated E+10. Who knows, could E+10 or T, depending on how violent the gameplay is.

Since the DS version is E I am guessing the Console will be E or E10. Although since the DS version is being handeled by a different company that could mean that they could have different rating for a different version so it could be rated T for those who want it. But I am pretty sure they already talked that stuff out.smilie

Well I do believe that the DS version will be 7+ in Europe and E10+ in the US. Except, LoS DotD's rating for the console version will probabily be T for Teen in the US, and 12+ in Europe.

Sierra is trying to make DotD a true E for everyone. Chris Wilson said that actually in the DotD interview...

As someone said in one of the previous topics regarding the rating, Chris Wilson unfortunately is not in charge of the rating for the game. That's up to the people who determine the ESRB rating for the game. Besides, it wouldn't make sense to go from E+10 to E, when we already know the game is going to be slighty more violent.

Pretty much. Here's how I see it: E = G,
E+10 = PG,
T = PG-13,
M = R

To BJ: I'm pretty sure that T is M though...wasn't Marvel Ultimate Alliance given a T by ERSB? Because it was M rated where I live.

T is for Teen (13 and up) and M is for Mature (17 and up). What?! It's rated M where you live? Why is that?

But he does have control over what goes in that will determine the rating.
