whats wrong with my portal? [CLOSED]

when i try to scan a new skylander into universe, it says i need a new version of the portal driver, so i click on it, it opens a window, then closes it and refreshes the page, then it doesnt work, why does it do that?

Turn off your pop up blocker then try again.

I noticed an issue with the portal recently, not sure why but it looks like a common thing then.

You need to download new portal drivers from Skylanders universe. Go to your lair - if you can get in and download. I can't get into my lair!
