I was playing the skylanders giants for the 3ds and the math on the figures is coming out wrong maybe someone else knows What are all 99 skylanders?

I figure someones gotta know this but WOW what a list :-)

It probably counts all the items as well. The console versions of giants do this.

All the characters form series one, then all of series 2 including new and light core characters and finally the painted kinds (ledengarys and the special ones including gnarly tree Rex)

No, they don't count. The ones that count are the original 37 from the first game, S2 / Lightcore / Giants and variants like Gnarly Tree Rex, Granite Crusher. Even the sidekicks don't count surprisingly.

So there are 99 characters. My guess is they must've made a 'special' slot for each character, should they decide to release any unplanned variants. Bear in mind on the console version, all adventure packs, items, arena pieces and sidekicks add to the tally.

On the 3DS version only regular editions of characters and reskins add to your total. I have a Special Fright Rider and I registered him onto it, but I didn't unlock a page just for Special nor the regular page. In other words Specials are useless for the total on 3DS. Adventure Pack Items never did anything to the total either.

Yeah i put my glows on and it did the same but it does start you off with level 5 and 2100 coins just like the other glows from the first skylanders had.
And thanks alot Nroc nuika do you know what polar whirlwind jade flashwing,scarlet ninjini royal double trouble or molton hot r gonna look like? I just don't get why they made so many of te same figure when they could have used that spot for a different one justmy opinion.
