I guess they were reading Cupcakes before making this episode? Maybe. I haven't actually read it, but it seemed like that's the closest we'll ever get to a Cupcakes moment in the actual show. Liked the a capella though.

yeaaahhhh. Pinkie has always been my least favourite pony. Now I really dislike her and think the show would be better without her. Or at least have her but be a lot calmer, like a sarcasm fun lover.

If I knew someome IRL like her I wouldn't be able to stand them, and certainly wouldn't be their friend.

I also hate how she gets so much merch just because she's pink.

I'm really liking Season 4 and all, but...

I've honestly felt Pinkie's been going downhill since at least Season 2. Now she seems to be at her absolute worst. I'm upset at how her 'randomness' has become her defining trait when there was more to her than that. But I'm unsure how much I want to blame the writers, because honestly, the fandom has really messed with her character, too, and when the staff pays attention to them, and on occasion, listens to them...

Guess people found a better place to talk about the episode and about MLP.

From what I've heard, it was the girliest episode they have ever seen. I didn't really felt that since I feel that every episode is girly. Even after reading thoughts about the episode, I still don't feel that it's more girly than the other episodes.

I'm getting annoyed with the Fluttershy and Cutie Mark Crusaders episodes. It feels like all the episodes in season 4 have revolved around them. I've seen too much Fluttershy.

Season 3 was the season of Pie.

Actually, I think it's nice to Fluttershy getting character development.

Pinkie Pie's been pretty much the same - hyperactive, marysue-ish, and plain bubbly just to keep the comic relief going.

I am rather upset with the turn that Pinkie's personality has taken, but I'm still giving the season a chance. Its a little difficult, however I think it will hopefully be worth it...

Seeing as how we're going to get a season 5, I'm sure the matter with Pinkie would be fixed. Seeing how much they give to the fans. I wouldn't find it hard to believe that they listen to their fans' opinions.

I'm still watching the rest of the season. When I see moments that don't seem to be on character, I tend to brush it off and tend to think to myself "The writer probably forgot how this character really is"

I love Pinkie's Pride and I like how she behaved on Twilight Time. Silly. How she really is.
I mean, that part where she said "Totally!", and tilted her head was completely adorable!

I bet likely the final episode of season 4 will be about the actual Equestrian Games though that would mean focus would be needed on Rainbow Dash since she's the most competitive pony around.

That said...

I don't how this leaked Rainbow Power thing will be implemented because I don't an single episode could balance out the Equestrian Games, a new villain and that mystery box of plot importance.


This has me a bit worried.

Personally, I feel season 3 was a low point and the show has picked up a lot during season 4 with some really nice episodes. But, you're free to do as you wish - I know plenty of people who've recently said they've lost interest in it.

I really don't like the Flim Flam Brothers. Yet I still enjoyed the new episode. They didn't show up as much as last time so I guess that's what made it bearable for me. I'm pretty surprised to see AJ's key be a coin.

Super hyped for the next episode!

I loved the fact that this episode turned into the old Person A wants something from Person B who wants something from Person C etc.... I love it when that happens...
