Okay, I can't be the only one utterly bored by the new season. It just pales compared to the other two. I'm not alone, am I? I didn't want to say it before because I thought people might judge me on it, but the first two episodes were my least favorite yet, and it seems like you're all meh over the Pinkie one... I don't know, maybe I'm just disappointed because there was such a long wait. :c

Edit: Oh yeah,

The story feels awkward but the animation has improved.

The new season is good, but something just feels...different.

The absence of Lauren Faust, perhaps?

I watched the new episode. It was quite good considering that it was centered around Pinkie.
I usually dislike Pinkie Pie episodes.

You aren't alone.

The two episodes aren't bad, per say. But they seem like something out of any other modern day cartoon. FiM was above that, and that it reminded me of older cartoons that I watched as a kid. Something is missing now, and I can't figure out what, but Season 3 so far is a disappointment.

And it's not because of a long wait, since I frankly could've waited even longer.
