Walmart is going to have an "only at Walmart" Xbox 360 4GB console bundled with S:SA on Black Friday for $149. Look at page 5 of this advert:

Oddly enough they show the green translucent Gil Grunt in the ad copy. But he does not appear to be in the S:SA package. Hmmm.....

They will also have the S:G starter pack for $39 and GITD Sonic Boom for $10. (Damn my eyes...)

If Skylanders Battleground images teaches us anything is that often stock images are used instead of the actual product.

There is a good chance that the green Gillie is in the S:SA box and not separate. Of course, I am hoping that it is separate, but...
