The WalMart as doesn't seem to specify that you get Green Gill Grunt, just says Skylanders bundle.

Is anyone able to call and clarify he comes with the bundle?

But at least the Wii U is a new console, rather than something most hardcore gamers/collectors, who would buy the bundle, probably already own. I hate how the Gnarly forces you to buy a Wii or PS3 to get him- the only reason I was happy for the bundle was because I don't have a PS3 but I would have probably bought one later. And if we had a choice between buying Gnarly with any consoles I think I know which most people would pick. (I'm not trying to sound rude or anything, I just think they shouldn't release it on any of the consoles that are out, as most people who want Gnarly's bundle are collectors who probably own them.)

^ Agreed... the ad you provided has a standard SSA pack pictured, with the regular S1 Gill Grunt and says nothing about an exclusive Green Gill Grunt anywhere on the whole ad... could you please send the link where you saw/ discovered information about a Green Gill Grunt?? Even when you click on the ad's "details" about that bundle there is nothing indicating any kind of exclusive or special figures...?? I'm not sure how you drew that conclusion at all.... any help or clarification would be appreciated!

I wouldn't call it ambiguous to say this is probably with Green Gill Grunt. I believe that whole thing is just placeholder- the sticker inked on says Walmart exclusive, but unlike the Glow Packs the actual box pictured has no sticker. Also, why would they just happen to have a picture of Green Gill? I'm not saying I think it's confirmed, just more likely than you think it may be from this information.

Yeah I guess people don't read anymore. If you click the actual ad then it will show you the details and it says

i'll prolly be at Walmart on BF anyway, so i'll take a peek at what they actually have in the bundle out of curiosity... i'm skeptical if they don't come right out and put in writing what you get!

When you go to get your GITD starter and Sonic Boom at Walmart, take a Bedt Buy ad with you and get whatever S:SA figures you want or need for $2.99!

What a total letdown! Spyro's Adventure is an old game now. Giants is a newer game and should have been given special treatment on Black Friday. I was hoping the Nintendo 3DS Giants starter pack would receive a generous price drop, or at the very least come with a free single pack figurine with purchase. But no, of course not. Just yet another marketing ploy to get appeal to collection completionists, getting them to repurchase old games/systems for alternative colored characters. Activision wouldn't even bother to fork out a green series two version of him, which would work perfectly fine on both games. Disappointing! Looks like I'll be paying full price for the 3DS game after all, unless Toys 'R' Us gets an exclusive deal of its own.

K-Mart's mentions the Giants 3DS version. It's $49.99.
