Skylanders Not Saving? [CLOSED]

I spent two hours leveling up my Jet-Vac from Level 11 to Level 14 AND got over 10,000 coins, and when I switched to S2 Cynder for an Undead Zone, I came back to Jet-Vac, and all that progress was gone! WHAT!? This has happened to me many times! Has it ever happened to you? Do you know any solutions?

I think it's a glitch with the GITD Portal..

Ive had this to wi my crusher! It was horrible i lost over 2 coins!!!!! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!

Im giessing u mean glow in the dark? And no i dont i just have the portal that came with the pack. Though i opened the elemental door on flynns ship and got over 1,000 coins with crusher. Then i switched for no reason and when i switched back, he did t have those coins anymore! I dont know whats wrong but hopefully i neverlose an upgrade

It happened to me, but I just noticed that it was different, because it was the next day, so I don't know what part changed.

Has the treasure chest that shows up on the character picture in the corner disappeared when you took the Skylander off? If not, that probably explains why you are losing gold.

I've noticed in both games that I've lost a small amount of progress if I exit a level or remove a character before the auto-save icon comes up, but never lost more than 5 minutes of exp or coins. Maybe you need a replacement toy?

Sometimes, when I take off the Skylander when the treasure icon is still there, I lose ALL of my new money. I guess its a save icon for the gold. Take it off while saving and you don't get it at all.
