When you beat Kaos on nightmare mode you unlock the Knight's helm, yes? But do you only unlock it for that file, or your main one as well where you beat Kaos first?

That's no biggie - simply go to that file with the char you want to get the hat, put the hat on and then go to the other save file. Remember that the char's current hat is stored on the figurine.

So, every other difficulty can't really achieve 100%, because you can't unlock one hat unless you play on Nightmare?

I don't think getting all the hats is required for the 100%? After all, some hats are still console specific, I presume?

I think the game wants 86 total hats for the Hat achievement. If I'm counting right, that's all of them outside of the Knight Helm and the quest hats (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

Still, Knight Helm is just kind of sitting there on the listing. I think it'd look silly if you have all of them but just that.

90 hats? That's more than 00! Bad joke is bad...
Still, annoying to put it on every single Skylander. I don't even like Hats, I just want to unlock them. smilie
So if you put it on once and then take it off you can use the Hat on that Skylander forever? Or only on the Nightmare save?

The Night Helm is a hat you unlock for only that save file after beating nightmare, it gives you 15 critical hit, 15 armor, 15 elemental power, and 6 speed. I know this because i just unlocked it less than 15 minutes ago. smilie
