I was playing tonight and I needed a wind element to unlock an area for me. Sonic Boom was the one closet to me and I grabbed her and it said that the toy had a problem.

Anyone else had this happen? I shut the game off and turned it back on. I also unplugged the portal from my PS3.


Too make it even better I am trying to see if I can do something online at activisions web site. It wants me to put in the serial number from the bottom of the figure. I can make out all but the first character on it. I can not get it to read it as a good serial number.

yes, you are suffering from a broken figure. ive had quite a few of these. luckily i had the 3ds game to use to reset the figure. you are going to have to go through activisions return thing. how come your number on the bottom is messed up?

With the print being so small on it I am not sure what the first number is. I can make out the last seven just not the first one. I tried all the numbers on it and could not get it go thru. I suppose I will have to call activision this morning when they open and do it that way.
